NORTHERN RESIDENT & FIRST NATIONS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
24/7 OEMS projects are often remote and involve partnerships with First Nations and Northern communities. Our leadership is very interested in recruiting qualified Northern residents and First Nations personnel that are better situated to provide culturally sensitive care and understand the challenges of delivering health care in austere settings. Applicants are provided additional merit for First Nations heritage or having come from Northern or remote communities. 24/7 OEMS may consider providing financial assistance for First Nations Physician Assistant trainees or other health care students willing to provide short periods of service for the Company on completion of their studies.
