Primary Care Case Management

Although all employers aim to minimize workplace mishaps, injuries still occur. Our goal is to ensure the safe and expedient return of personnel to full employment. Through effective case management and injury prevention programs, we strive to enable our clients to minimize recordable injuries and aim for maintaining zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) days. 24/7 OEMS can provide case management services for non-work related illness and injuries to ensure an employee is both ready to return and once returned has active on-site monitoring.

Pharmacy Services

24/7 OEMS has access to a full range of medical equipment and supplies to enable of clinicians the ability to “treat on-site” the vast majority of illness / injuries, thus avoiding costly referrals / medical evacuations. We can also arrange for preventive maintenance of all medical equipment by experienced biomedical equipment technicians.

 

Period Health Assessments

Maintenance of a healthy workforce is key to any business. 24/7 OEMS will not replace the empoyees family physicians but will work with them to optimize employee health through recommendations on targeted interventions and screening.
